Common Commands
The following is a brief functional overview of some commands in V3mail.

Send
use this command to send the message when you are finished composing it.
Stop
use this command to stop / interrupt the sending of a message currently in
progress.
Address Book

this command will open either the V3mail or MAPI address book.
Please read the Internet documentation for more information.
New Messsage
this will clear the current message.
Save Message
this will save the current message and attachments into "save"
directory where V3mail is installed.
Load Message
this will open up the Load Message window where you can load a saved
message.
Print
this command will print the contents of the email message, including the
date, time, recipients, subject and message body.
Attach file
this command will open up the standard Open file window where you can
select a file to attach from your computer.
Voice message
this command will open the voice message window where you create your
voice messages.
Video message
if you have a PC video device, this command will open the video message
window where you can create your video messages, snapshot or video w/ sound.

Documentation
this command will let you view the local documentation installed with
V3mail.
Online Help
this command will take you to the website & the latest documentation
pages.
Check for Updates
this command will open your default browser to the v3mail.com website and
check if a newer version of V3mail is available for download.
v3mail.com Website
either this command or clicking the V3mail icon will take you to the
v3mail.com website.
About V3mail
this command will open the About window and display registration
information & the current version number.

Open
this command will start the program necessary to view or play the file.
Save Copy
this command will allow you to save a copy of the attachment onto your
computer.
Add
this command will allow you to attach another file to your email message.
Remove
will remove the attachment from the email message.
