| If you are getting the
"501 invalid domain name" error message when using V3mail, try these steps. |
- Close V3mail.
- Click the Start button.
- Select Run
- In the Open text box, type regedit
- Click the OK button.
- From the left column under My Computer, double-click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
- Double-click System
- Double-click CurrentControlSet
- Double-click Services
- Double-click VxD
- Double-click MSTCP
- From the right column under Name, double-click HostName
- Delete any text in "Value data:" field
- Click the Ok button.
- Close regedit and restart V3mail.
